A mon départ,
Le saule en pleurs;
Au retour tard,
La neige en fleurs.
Lents,lents mes pas,
Lourd,lourd mon Coeur;
J'ai faim; j'ai soif,
Quelle douleur!

It drizzles endless during the rainy season in spring, Travelers along the road look gloomy and miserable。 When I ask a shepherd boy where I can find a tavern, He points at a distant hamlet nestling amidst apricot blossoms。
The Clear-and-Bridge Feast By Du Mu Upon the Clear-and-Bright Feast of spring The rain drizzleth down in spray。 Pedestrians on country-side ways In gloom are pining away。
When asked “where a tavern fair for rest Is hereabouts to be found”, The shepherd boy the Apricot Bloom Vill Doth point to afar and say。

L'Ascension
Les singes hurlent avec le vent rapide ;
Feuilles sur feuilles tombent jusqu'à la lisière;
ondes par ondes roule la grande rivière.
Loin des miens en automne, je répands des pleurs;
Les soucis ont mis du givre sur mes cheveux;
Ecrasé, je renonce au vin peu savoureux.
