一、介绍客人所遵循的礼节 聚会时高朋满座，若有几位互未谋面的宾朋，开席之前主人应逐一介绍双方相识，尔后入座.介绍时一般须遵循女士优先，长者为尊，高贵者先知为快的原则.若来宾中有地位较高的人士，应先向他（她）们介绍地位较低的一方，然后再向年长的女士，随后才向年长的男士依长幼次序介绍年轻的女士和男士。

二、介绍客人选用称谓的礼节 介绍时采用双方的称谓和姓名以及用语，都要根据场合正式程序来选用.具体场合有三种. 1.正式场合：称谓和姓名用Dr/Professor/Mr/Mrs/Ms/Miss/Madam+First Name和Last Name。如： （1）向地位较高的已婚女士介绍男士时可说： Mrs Carton, May I introduce James Harding. Jame, this is Mrs Roger Carton(or Mrs Jane Carton).卡尔顿夫人，请让我介绍詹姆斯•哈定.詹姆斯，这位罗杰•卡尔顿夫人（或：简•卡尔顿夫人）。
