1.在personal statement上可以mention，或者在application上选择deferred entry，每个学校都有的，很容易见到的，也有很清晰的指向，当你开始用UCAS的时候就知道的了.

2.一般不需要，（如果你和你父母一起拿到永居的话）但是你最好咨询一下学校的老师，基本上他们都是按你真正入学那年去衡量的，所以按home student的费用机会比较大.
