Part Ⅰ （1thing-subject; 2 people-To/From; 3 points ）Memo/E-mailTo：（下级对上级要加称呼）From:Date：（顺序为 日 月<英文全称> 年）Subject:Dear ***,The body……（开始正文）这一部分基本就是memo和Email，而email是考得最多的。

整体格式大致如上，试卷上一般会有to/from/subject这些信息，照着写下来就可以了。PartⅡLetterDear Sir or Madam（不认识的人）/Dear Mr. Smith（不熟悉或表尊敬正式）/Dear John（比较熟悉）（就是各种称呼），The body……要注意的是这里使用齐头式，每段开头都顶格写，每段之间空一行。

最后的落款分别与上对应是Yours faithfully/Yours sincerely/Best wishes。Report标题居中写，另起一行开始正文，分以下四个部分INTRODUCTION/FINDINGS/CONCLUSION/RECOMMENDATION。

若题目未要求写recommendation，最后一部分就不用写。Proposal格式同上，不过四个部分是都要写的。
