备课是课堂教学的重要环节，我在备课时做到了以下几点： 1，课前备课，做到“有备而来”。我认真阅读各种教科参考书，既备教材，教法，有备学生。

结合学生的实际和教材的内容，既要考虑知识的纵向联系，又要考虑新知识的横向衔接；既要突出重点，又要突出难点；既要体现完整的教学过程，又要注意好个环节的过渡自然。 2，课中备课，灵活安排简单易操作的游戏活动。

我通过游戏引入新课教学时，为了不打消学生的积极性，我在实施教学的时候，总是尽量设计一些简单易操作的游戏及其活动，将教学内容层层铺开，把枯燥乏味的课堂变成生动有趣“快乐堡”，让他们在快乐中学习，在玩中获得新制。在活动中学生们都乐于参与，充分调动了学生的情感态度和兴趣，学生的积极性得到了充分发挥，教学效果良好。

3，课后备课，总结教学经验。每上完一单元，我都及时对该单元做出总结和反思，学出教后感，肯定本节课成功的地方，探讨该单元的不足之处，为以后的教学工作打下基础。

三，认真上课，体现以人为本。 《英语课程标准》提出“让学生在教师的指导下，通过感知，体验，实践，参与和合作等方式，实现任务的目标，感受成功。”

这便要求英语课的教学要以学生为主，培养他们学习英语的兴趣，提高他们对词汇，句型的听说认读和语言实际运用的能力。为此，我在实际的教学过程中做了以下几点： 1，巧设导入，培养兴趣。

每节的教学我首先通过做游戏，唱英语歌来激发学生的学习兴趣，让学生融洽在学习英语的氛围内。 2，图文结合，掌握新知。

根据教材“图文并茂”的特点，充分运用单词卡片、实物教具、简笔画及肢体语言来启发学生，使学生带着明确的任务目标，并借助图片、动作、表情等手段掌握其义，让他们积极主动参与学习获取新知过程，培养他们学习英语的兴趣。在遇到难读的单词或句子时，我不厌其烦，耐心教导学生认读，力争让他们学了就懂，懂了会用，培养他们认读的能力。

在学习新知的同时，还适时对他们进行思想教育。 3，游戏活动，巩固新知。

在完成了每节课的新授课任务后，抓住学生争强好胜的心理，通过师生互动、生生互动的游戏活动将教学内容层层铺开；为了尊重学生的个体差异，营造宽松的学习环境，以简单易操作的趣味性、多样化游戏为主来实施教学，让学生进行反复模仿、认读、玩演、视听，从而给他们提供充分的活动和交流机会，让学生在玩的过程中获得新知，提高他们语言的运用能力，培养他们的学习兴趣。 4，通过听录音，复习新知。

我常在每节课结束的前十分钟，让学生听有关本节课教学内容的录音磁带。第一遍先认真听，第二遍边听边跟读。

在学生能听读后并要求学生用相应的肢体语言或动作入情入境的来模仿、表演对话。在学生进行合作学习、表演时及时给予示范和指导，让学生充分体验到成功的喜悦，体会到学习英语的乐趣。

这样既复习了本节课的知识要点，又提高了同学们的听说能力和读音的准确性，，从而让学生真正做到眼到、口到、心到、手到。 四、加强自学，不断积累知识。

由于本人在英语教学方面经验甚少，自己的知识又有限，在教学的同时，时时虚心向资历深的教师请教，和我们英语组的同事一起学习有关英语方面的教学教法，加强自身的业务学习、扩大视野；用心收集有助于英语课堂教学的各种游戏资料，时常听录音纠正自己的语音语调。 总之，一学期的教学工作自己付出了很多，收到的回报也不少：领导的信任，使我精力充沛；同事的帮助，使我干劲十足；学生的渴求，使我信心倍增。
