货代业务员第一次如何给客户发邮件,请专家帮忙
我是负责我们公司海运的,每个月出口800多个小柜,我们都是直接和船公司合作的或和一些国际大货代做,每天我也会接到不下5-6个货代打来的电话,说真的接到货代的电话,从我们角度来将还真的有点不怎么想搭理,我们也会处于礼貌的跟他们客气一下,但至于合作肯定是很大的问号了!!我觉得想揽货,电话、邮件根本解决不了问题,首先你所在的公司要有一定的知名度,其次你们公司要有秘密武器,就是搞别的公司搞不定的东西,比如在某些航线你们是船公司庄家,能够搞些特种箱,在别人没舱位情况下你们可以搞定,最后说的就是你自己了,我觉得你打电话首先要把握好时间,不要在早上打,人家刚上班都很忙诶听到你电话就难过啊,最好在11点打,下午最好在4:30过后打,这个时候人家都忙差不多了准备HAPPY一下,接个电话不会难过,还有在电话里要听懂别人的意思,不要太罗嗦,最好可以弄个MSN来搞,如果你是女生遇到男生的货主最好是通过以后的MSN来搞啊,哈哈怎么理解你猜喽.还有不要天天打招呼啦,偶尔的聊几句推荐几个精品航线就行了,人家有需求肯定会找你的,还有一旦他们主动问你了一定要把握机会啊!!! 至于发邮件吗我也经常收到你们同行的邮件,标题我觉得还是很重要,就来个直接点的,,然后开头首先稍微介绍一下自己公司就行了,大多数的货代介绍公司都差不多,没有几个人愿意去看的,关键是海运价格,要搞的稍微有点悬念,不要把船公司打上去,这是一个商业机密,因为知道船公司货主可以找别的代理去找船公司申请的,同时还可以加上量大电询,量大申请等字眼,这样人家也许会打电话问问你价格,这样就可以保持沟通了啊!!
