    外贸询盘回复技巧

    我给你总结几点吧:1、及时为什么及时回复很重要呢?一是礼节上的需要,迟到的回复总是一种失礼。

    不过这还不是最重要的原因,重要的是,你回复的越晚,给对方的印象就越不专业,他会认为你对这个产品不熟悉,所以报不出价格来。这样的印象下,想做成生意很困难。

    当然,有的询盘比较复杂,你需要时间去核算各种费用等等,可能无法很快报价,这种情况下,你也要及时告诉对方你正在准备报价。再者,对方非常可能不只是向你一家询价,谁回复的快,谁就可能得到对方的好感,在选择供货商时对方就可能在心理上偏向你,你的机会就比别人更多些。

    2、专业。你回复询盘,要显示出你对这个产品非常熟悉,不要说外行话,因为谁都愿意跟懂行的人打交道。

    有时候买方发个询盘过来,你一看,规格是什么呀?没见过这种规格啊!这种情况下,你不要去问对方,你一问,就显出你的不专业来了,对方就对你没信心了。你可以向同事、向工厂以及也做这个产品的朋友了解。

    当然,如果最终也闹不清楚这个规格到底是什么,你只能向对方提出这个问题,同时把自己的所有的详细规格给他,让他对比一下哪种规格跟他要的那种相符。3、准确我这里说的准确,是指你在定价的时候,要做到对这个产品的市场竞争情况、以往成交情况、平均利润情况比较准确的了解,不然你报出的价格,太低,你没利润,太高,单子就会被同行抢走。

    最好能对对方有所了解,比如,他以前做过这个产品没有?掌握了这些,你在报价时就有针对性了。还要注意一点的是:一般来说,第一次回盘,不要报个实实在在的价格,不给自己留一点回旋余地,那样的话,你的单子就很难成,因为你没满足对方侃价的心理预期。

    留出一点余地,供接下来的还盘中让步。当然这个余地不能留出太多,不然对方会被吓跑的。

    4、专注我说的专注,是说你在回盘时,不要把人家没问的产品也都报上,那样就无法使对方对询盘的产品保持专注。就像我们去商场买东西,本来想买个衬衣,结果对方一下子拿出了很多,有圆领衫,半袖衫,有彩棉的内衣,还有植物染色的内衣。

    面对这么多我们事先没列入购物计划的东西,我们常常会做出无法取舍,最终啥也不买的决定一样。所以,我的建议是:不要给对方太多选择。

    当然,在交易达成,或者交易没谈成的情况下,你可以给对方介绍更多的产品,而且一定要做到这一点,这样能争取到更多的贸易机会。5、慎言。

    这一点很多人不了解,以为给买方说的越多越好。报价就是报价,合理的价格,专业的回复,做到上面这些就够了,如果你为过分显示自己对这个产品的了解,把本来属于商业秘密或者是行业秘密的事情、或者国家在这方面的扶持政策都告诉对方,那反而会使对方变本加厉地压价。

    所以,一定要慎言,不然会给自己带来很多意想不到的麻烦,增加工作难度不说,最终可能会使一桩有希望的生意泡汤。就说到这里吧。

    外贸询盘回复技巧

    1、及时
