    怎样回复客人的邮件

    国际贸易多与邮件沟通方式为主,就算对方给了你电话,就像你说的你英文不好,你也很难与对方沟通。

    一般这种邮件回过来就是你已经找到了潜在的客户,说是你的价格他会参考,主要有以下几个原因: 1. 客户目前有已经有此产品的供应商,如是你的价格在他参考的范围内,他会和你询盘。 2. 客户曾经有此项目的产品,但是可能手上目前没有订单,所以只能留以备份,你就要经常的联系报价,不要让客户忘记你。

    3. 你遇见的是外贸公司,不是直接的客户,这类公司大都要收集信息以做还盘的信息储备。 不管以上何种原因,你的回复都是一样:如果有需要请联系我,我将尽我们最大的努力与您合作。

    急!外贸回复客户邮件

    这位朋友,您好,我也是做外贸这行业没有多久。

    首先你们的态度不太好,既然是展会上的客户,合作的可能性也比较大,如果客户要求寄一些样品且你们公司的产品金额不是很大,可以考虑多寄一点不同款式,运费可以让客户支付。 还有你回复邮件的态度不是很好,没有及时回复,导致给客户的第一印象也不太好,客户就会对你失去信任,随之失去合作的可能性。你现在尽量赶紧想办法挽救一下,兴许有回转的余地。

    首先诚恳的向客户致歉,语气诚恳委婉。去看下有关商务信函通用的写法等这些书籍吧, 相信对你会有帮助的。

    做外贸业务如何回复邮件 -

    我自己的外贸小经验,无偿贴出来,哈哈~1.礼节性回复。

    这个不要用多说,就是开头的称谓,正文的第一句,及best regards等。2.针对性回复。

    主要是针对客户提出的问题,比如产品的技术参数,规格,价格列表,生产周期,最小订货量,折扣等。3.引导性回复。

    这里关键的是根据以往经验,提前解答一般客户可能遇到的一些问题。比如你的产品使用温度限制严格些,你可建议他们配套相关温控措施。

    以上针对性和引导性回复,不进需要专业的产品知识,还要让客户感觉到你的贴心服务。外贸说到底,也是销售,是给客户提供一种最佳的解决方案。

    你做好了,客户没理由不选择你。因为选择别人,他会不放心或是成本更高。

    你就直接等就行了,然后时不时的问一下进展,回复就有希望,不要把他们想的很难沟通,没什么大不了的。
