回邮件可以这么说, 非常高兴收到他的询盘并表示感谢, 可是需要他告知所需数量和款号(假如你的STOCK LIST上有标明款号的话), 这样做的目的是缓冲一下时间, 也让客户觉得你是重视他而及时回复他的邮件的。Dear。

建议先查一下你们是否有他提到的对应型号。
个人觉得他提到的supply 不一定是报价,也可能是让你帮他提供相应的产品资料。他在征询你的意见呢。
建议你先跟他沟通一下他提到的东西,同时介绍介绍你们的产品。等深入了解了再提供报价也会显得更理智。
我也是做外贸的,产品是大型机电设备。对于摩托车配件专业的东西不是很懂。
建议你先好好掌握了相关专业知识,不仅要中文的产品知识学好,对应的英文也要烂熟于心。这样,才不会出现针对客户询盘的时候一筹莫展。
当然,出来工作肯定是要靠自己的,这种事情主管不说也很正常的。所以,加油吧。
但有一点千万得注意,与老外打交道的时候说的每个词都要细细斟酌才好。以上意见,仅供参考。
