外贸邮件应该怎么写简单清晰的外贸流程,对你认识外贸非常有帮助外贸流程可能各公司的细节上有些细致的不同。
但是大概流程是差不多的。我自己总结如下:1.寻找客户资源(然后,会涉及到询盘,发盘,还盘,接受)2.客人接受后,会要求样品。
(如果是新产品,有些公司的外贸业务都需要做跟单的工作,比如安排打样。
。等等)3.样品确认好后,就可以等客人下单了;4.客人打算下单,会与你们签订合同5确认合同后,你们自己准备生产6。
合同中,会要求到付款方式(比如TT,信用证,等,如果是信用证,那得很麻烦了。)、7.如果是TT呢,就要简单得多,如果是信用证呢,而且要还注意是即期的还是远期的,里面的要求一定要符合,不然,银行会拒付的,所以,如果是使用信用证,你得先翻翻书,好好学习信用证的使用,因为里面可能会涉及到很多的单据。
8。准备报商检,报关(一般公司都有相关的部门,也有公司要求外贸业务员自己报的。)
9.准备出货。出货事宜,是之前要与客人商量好的,货出哪里?如果使用的TT,一般要求在出货之前,货款全部收到才发货。
10。通知客人货已经发送。

外贸开发信一般要针对具体的客户公司写,不要太笼统,没有针对性,这样给客户的感觉就是一点都不重视,同时要突出你们产品的优点,可以适当的加入图片,如果多了,容易被当做垃圾邮件的哦。
