简报的格式较为规范，大体上可分为报头、正文和报尾三个部分。

一、报头需规范 报头多在简报第一页上方的位置，“简报”“**银行简报”“金融工作动态”“情况反映”“工作通讯”等几个醒目的大字居中布局。“简报”或“**动态”下面是简报的编号，第*期。

同消息的导语一样，简报的开头最好能够反映出简报所述问题的中心思想。也就是说，要尽可能运用简洁的语言将简报所要反映的核心内容放在开头部分，及早告诉给大家。
