1。试试开机，出完电脑品牌后，按F8，安全模式，光标选定：最后一次正确配置，

2。再不行，进安全模式，回车，到桌面后，杀毒软件，全盘杀毒！

“隔离区”的东西，彻底删除！

3。再使用：360安全卫士，“功能大全”里的：“360系统急救箱”，

点：开始急救！重启后，点开“文件恢复区”，全选，彻底删除文件！

系统修复，全选，立即修复！【关键一步】

网络修复，开始修复，重启电脑！

360安全卫士，扫描插件，立即清理！360安全卫士，系统修复，一键修复！

【金山急救箱】，勾选：【扩展扫描】，立即扫描，立即处理，重启电脑！

4。再不行，拔下显卡和内存条，橡皮擦擦，再用毛刷，清理插槽灰尘和风扇，

更换内存插槽等！【台式机】

5。检查是否有同类功能的，多余类似软件，如：多款播放器，多款杀毒软件

等，卸载多余的，只留一款，因为同类软件，互不兼容！【关键一步】

6。再不行，下载“驱动人生”，升级：显卡驱动！

7。如果还是不行，需要“一键还原”或“重装系统”了！

8。硬件有问题，送修！

此设置允许在 Internet 区域中发送所有旧 cookie（安装 Internet Explorer 6 时已经存在的 cookie）。如果未指定该元素，则只能在 Internet 区域的第一方上下文中发送旧 cookie（也就是说，这些 cookie 受到约束）。

7. 在以下注册表项下，将本地 Intranet 和可信站点区域的隐私 GUID（如果有）全部删除： HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionInternet SettingsZones 本地 Intranet 区域项的名称为 1；可信站点区域项的名称为 2。对于第一方 cookie 设置，该 GUID 是一个名为（AEBA21FA-782A-4A90-978D-B72164C80120）的二进制值。

对于第三方 cookie 设置，该 GUID 是一个名为（A8A88C49-5EB2-4990-A1A2-0876022C854F）的二进制值。备注：对于本地 Intranet (1) 和可信站点（2）区域，默认情况下没有 cookie 设置的 GUID，因此，只有当导入的 Internet Explorer 隐私首选项（.xml）文件中带有 p3pcookiePolicy 元素，并指定 zone="intranet" 或 zone="trustedSites" 时，才会有这些 GUID。

Internet Explorer 不允许通过导入 Internet Explorer 隐私首选项（.xml）文件自定义受限站点（4）区域的设置，而且在隐私选项卡上单击默认按钮时，Internet (3) 区域的自定义设置将被删除（上文提到的 LeashLegacycookies DWORD 值除外）。备注：以上步骤不会恢复导入带有 flushcookies 或 flushSiteList 元素的 Internet Explorer 隐私首选项（.xml）文件时删除的 cookie 或每站点隐私操作。

导入自定义隐私设置时，flushcookies 元素将删除所有 cookie，而 flushSiteList 元素将删除所有每站点隐私操作。

Americans said they were more concerned about a loss of personal privacy online than they were about health care and crime. And according to research conducted for The DMA by Wirthlin Worldwide, nearly 60 percent of shoppers said legislation would be needed to make businesses observe good privacy policies. [2]The Internet industry is built on trust between businesses and their customers – and privacy is the number one ingredient in trust. Unless they effectively address the issue of privacy, Internet companies will lose the trust, and the business, of their customers.[3] The World Wide Web is an enormous easily accessible source of information and databases that provides easy access to a number of people, companies, agencies and many other sources. This brings about concerns about privacy on the Internet. Consumer privacy has received substantial attention as we move into the new age of online business environment. The growth of the Internet has developed many new concerns for the future about protecting the privacy of the consumers. New technologies, increasing data collection, changing market trends and the new global market place for e-commerce are contributing to the increasingly important role of information in the global economy. As such information particularly has become a valuable commodity that can bring jobs, businesses and customer services. Hence, these factors have created a mounting pressure to collect, hold, process and use personal data, more than before. These factors also have reduced the level of privacy and consumer confidence is lacking in such environment.。
