    guarantee period for the supplied equipment不是很清楚。是‘quality guarantee'吗?‘保修’好像一般用warranty。

    这份合同写的不太好,有语法和拼写错误。有时文字没问题的合同也不一定就好,要看文件撰稿律师的能力了。律师的能力强,如果谈生意的人或银行谈得不清楚或有漏洞,合同也不会有很高质量,造成纠纷。
