。. train myself

--> to train。 或 for training 或 do some training

outer-directed

--> out-going ……估计你是想说性格外向

。, so I like to make friends and chat with people.

--> 。,like to make/making friends and to chat/chatting。（个人感觉用ing较顺口，另外so I 可以省略）

还有一些语法错误，建议先分句琢磨。

实在不行就用中文起个稿，大家比较容易根据你的意思来改。

“and” 一般不出现在句首，如果想要表达更进一步的意思，又想要另起新句子的话，可以用More over来开头。

由于鬼佬的思维方式很呆板，所以连词很重要。如果对自己的英语作文不是很自信，可以把句子之间的关系理清楚再写。

另外其实在书信中，I really。这类的口头用语要尽量避免。缩写也是不常见的，比如it's 要写成 it is 。
