I'm tree. I can make oxygen for peole's breath. People need me for shelter ,they need a place to stay .Somewhere to rasie their children. Somewhere to hide away .So I'm important for them. 初中语文教学叙事

才送走一届毕业班，学校又安排我接任新初三两个班的语文教学和一个班的班主任工作，尽管已觉得很疲劳，但我还是欣然接受了。

对所带的班级我信心满怀，我是他们初一时的老班主任了，互相都很熟悉，因此，刚开始我感觉不到肩头担子的沉重。然而，刚开学不久，我就发现这个班的学生自信心严重不足，其中以他最为突出。

他是一个农村来的孩子，父母离异，他母亲带着他和弟弟两兄弟来城里打工，生活十分贫困。正因为这样，他的性格内向，平时都不爱与同学交往，很少说话，上课从不发言，偶尔被点到名时，也是脸胀得通红半天憋不出一句话。

正因为这样，他的学业成绩很不理想，同学们看不起他，更不愿与他交往，自然，他也就更加孤僻，沉默寡言了。他的成绩也越来越差，进入初三时已跌到了班级的最后，几乎没有一门功课及格。

他已经变得上课不敢抬头，走路不敢抬头了，原先仅有的一点童稚的微笑也从他的脸上消失了，剩下的只是满脸的木讷。随后，他不交作业的现象越来越严重了，即便是交了作业，也经常是交的空白本。

任课老师跟我反映他的学习情况，都认为他已是无药可救了，作为他的班主任我是看在眼里，急在心里。怎么办呢？连我也放弃他吗？如果那样，他真的没有希望了，不久他就一定会辍学，不行，无论如何我得帮他。

怎么帮呢？ 为了帮助他摆脱困境，同时又照顾他的自尊，我开始不动声色地实施起自己的计划。我把他的座位往前调了几桌，又把班上上进心强、成绩优异且待人热心的一位学生安排跟他同桌，暗中拜托那位学生帮助他，上课及时提醒他集中注意力，他上课听不懂的知识，下课后耐心给他讲解，平时多和他交流，及时了解他的思想动向。

刚开始，他的表现确实有些起色，上课趴在课桌上的现象少了，一些较简单的习题能完成了，课间也能看到他与同学交流了。我心中大喜，趁机叫他到办公室，与他进行了一次交谈。

我从任课老师对他近段时间的进步表现的肯定和称赞说起，鼓励他继续努力，只要信心不倒，只要肯下苦功，学习肯定会进步。当时他的脸上又现出了久违的微笑。

我以为他的问题解决了，可好的局面并没有维持很久。没过多久，我就发现他又打不起精神了，上课又开始趴在桌上，有时还睡着了。

缺交作业的现象又严重起来，任课老师一讲到他就直摇头，都认为他是无法毕业了，毕业考试合格率100%肯定是不可能了，肯定要被他拖下来。他的同桌也有意见了，经常跟我告状，他又不听课了，他总想抄作业，耐心给他讲习题，他还有意见甚至还发脾气，同桌不愿跟他坐了。

月考成绩下来，七门功课有六门是“F”。是怎么回事？离中考只有一个多月了，如果在这个关键时刻放弃，他真的没有希望了。

我现在已不仅仅是关心他的成绩，我更关心的是他的身心能否健康发展，他是否还能有竞争、拼搏的信心和勇气，而这些对他来说是最重要的，因为他还要生存，前面还会有更激烈的竞争在等着他，如果，他从此对自己失去了信心，那今后的路他该怎样走！我告诉自己，现在只有我能帮助他，我必须帮助他！ 任何事情的发生都有原因，相信他的再一次变化也一定事出有因。看来，要帮助他，还得找到让他变化的根源。

这次，我没有让他到喧闹的办公室，而是和他来到了校园内最清净的地方，在石凳上坐下后，我和他做了一次长谈。这次，他对我说出了内心的真实想法。

他说近来来自家庭和学习的压力太大了。家里，妈妈为了抚养他们兄弟俩，虽然起早贪黑，还是挣不到足以维持他们生活的费用，而与他同年级不同班的弟弟一点儿也不听话，整天往外跑，生活的压力使得他妈妈的脾气变得很大，而家里只有他能做出气筒，作为长子，他很想为妈妈分担生活的重担，可他什么也做不了。

在学校，他的学习很差，因为基础不好，现在到了总复习，他什么也听不懂，他很努力地学习，可自己再怎么努力，成绩也还是没有提高，他已经觉得自己是毕不了业了。所以，他的心情很不好，他已经没有信心再读下去了，他想辍学算了。

他把头埋得很底，但我还是听到了他啜泣的声音，他哭了。 面对如此柔弱、无助的孩子，作为班主任，我感觉到了内心的疼痛，他是一个家庭的希望，而他现在这个样子，还能承担起家庭的重担吗？我感觉到自己担子的沉重。

等他讲述完后，我也真诚地提出了想帮助他的愿望。我从他的个人前途、他对家庭的责任说起，给他举了一些与困难作斗争的典型事例，劝他鼓起勇气，学习对他来说是很重要的，但学习也并不是唯一的出路，除了学习，其它的事他都能做得很好，关键是要对自己有信心，要相信自己，努力了就一定能把事情做好，现阶段最主要的任务就是搞好学习，挑战中考，这不仅是能不能毕业，能不能考上高中的问题，它将直接影响到今后有没有信心去挑战困难，直接影响到今后的生活态度，在这人生的关键时刻，千万不能气馁，无论如何都应再拼搏一下。

我对他说，学习上的困难，只要他自己愿意去解决，老师和同学都会尽全力帮助他。生活上的困难，老师也会尽力帮助。

他答应了我，他再试一试。 把他送回教室后，我又开始计划下一步。
