    首先说挂电话

    如果你只是让对方等等,然后继续和他讲,你可以说:

    Sorry Kelly(对方名字),I just have some urgent stuffs here, can you hold the line for a second please?

    如果你想挂断,一会打回去,可以说:

    Sorry Kelly(对方名字),I just have some urgent stuffs here. Can I call you back in 5 minutes?

    如果你不想继续讲了,这样说:

    Sorry Kelly(对方名字),I need to handle some other things here. I will pass the information to Mr. Chen when he comes back. (对你们的谈话总结性发言,然后就88了)

    至于迟到的那哥们:

    Sorry Mr Rollins, Mr Chen just went into another urgent meeting. He actually waited for you till 10 past 2. Would you able to take a seat, and I will inform him right away.

    之后你就进去告诉Chen,说Rollin来了,看你老版如何反应了。

    如果老板说,我马上就来,你对Rollins说

    Mr Rollins, Mr Chen is coming, won't be long. 不过根据我经验,老板多少会拖拖的,摆架子嘛

    如果老板说,让他滚!你说:

    我是一个在美国呆了10年的人,我认为商务英语的学习无非就是商务礼仪再加上一些简单的口语会话就完全可以应付前期的商务接洽了。

    尤其是口语学习,千万不要花精力去练习发音,发音再完美毕竟也是交流和沟通用,而不是去美国电视台做新闻主播,而要把精力放到“如何能连贯的说”这个核心的学习根源上。我发现好多人说英语全是一个单词一个单词的去说,这不是外国人说话的习惯。

    所谓连贯的去说英语就是要掌握英语的流动性语调,只有先掌握了这些基础的东西,再去学习音标的话,是非常节省时间和精力的。最近网上有个睿思博口语课程,我看了下,觉得非常有效果,不仅仅因为是美国人的教程,它所讲授的方法正是我极力推荐的、也是大家要尽快解决的“英语的语流语感”的问题。

    询盘很简单,但还是要有个基本架构的。一段,介绍来意.EG:We come to know you from XXX and get interested in your product XXX.so we are writting to you to get some information of it。

    二段,介绍本公司EG:We are one of the leading company in China dealing with XXX(product)and get reputation both home and abroad。三段,询问事项,这里是你要询问的部分。

    EG:Could you quoate A product on FOB/CIF/CFR price XXX(addr.) and how many bottles in a carton,please。四段,展望下未来+结束语。

    EG:We hope to receive your quotation soon and build up a business relationship for both of our profit.你说的产品我不太清楚是什么,也不清楚10箱里究竟装多少瓶。所以不知道数量算多还是少。

    如果你的意思是说产品订量不是很大的话,建议你找熟悉的有合作过的厂家,价格会比经销商好些。
