论文的Introduction部分该怎么写

Introduction，我们称之为引言，也叫论文的背景介绍。

引言是介绍课题研究的由来，以及为什么探究这个课题的原由。一般这个部分的内容起着引导读者正确阅读文章的作者，所以我们又说引言是一篇SCI的引子。

那么究竟要怎样写introduction呢？首先应该明确几个基本问题：你想通过一篇论文说明什么问题？这个论文有哪些新的发现？有什么样的实践意义？让读者读了引言，就能清楚地知道作者为什么进行这个研究，还有为什么这篇文章值得我们看下去。因此，在写引言之前，要尽可能多地了解相关的内容，收集前人和别人已有工作的主要资料，完善我们将要写出来发表的研究内容的合理性。

1、所在研究领域的介绍， 研究大背景。比如肿瘤研究文章中就是某种具体cancer的背景介绍。

（1）言简意赅，条理清楚。一般在450字以内，2-4个自然段。

（2）尽量准确、清楚且简洁地指出研究对象的本质和范围，对研究背景的阐述做到繁简适度。文献引用和数据提供一定要准确。

（3）全面概括总结该领域过去和现在的状况，特别是最新进展方面。优先选择引用的文献包括相关研究中原始、重要和最具说服力的文献。

避免不恰当地大量“自引”。引用文献时不要原文抄录，要用自己的话总结描述。

（4）采取适当的方式强调作者在本次研究中最重要的发现或贡献，让读者顺着逻辑的演进阅读论文。（5）解释专门术语或缩写词，帮助编辑、审稿人和读者阅读稿件。

第三，如何升华引言的内容呢？主流高分SCI论文那是只发表有创新性或者前沿领域的研究结果的，因此，要想让自己的课题发表在更好的杂志上，最重要的一步就是把自己的研究意义凸显出来。如果你的课题刚好是热点领域的研究内容，那么好办了，比如做肿瘤，就强调肿瘤的危害，治疗的难点，总归是要表达这病太严重了，急需我们来研究它的机制、探索治疗办法啊，只有这样才显得咱这课题有意义不是~~~再比如你做了很高级的CRISPR/Cas9，这东东现在人人都在用，为了避免落入俗套，你就得先说说这技术的优势在哪，为嘛你要用它，有没有什么改良，好处在哪，总归不能白用了高级的技术，要通过强调CRISPR的重要性，凸显你的研究的重要性，然后论文的整体意义自然得到了升华。

但是如果你的课题并非什么热点领域的研究内容，这时候也不能放弃这部分的追求，一个课题之所以存在总是有意义的，即使没有牵扯某种疾病，也可以为人类探索未知世界作出贡献。所以我们仍然要努力强调自己研究的客观意义，或者寻找有潜力的应用意义等。

很多不常写SCI论文的人经常会犯的一个写作错误就是，把前人研究成果写的太啰嗦（这也是很多童鞋不爱看introduction部分的原因吧）。这样写的后果就是，容易给审稿人错觉，认为你的研究别人都做过了嘛，已经没有创新性了啊，然后就会低看了你的研究成果，这样一篇文章也就没法发表在满意的杂志上了。

因此，介绍前人研究成果的挑选非常重要。这个挑选过程有个原则就是趋利避害。

比如我们总会在pubmed搜到一些跟自己研究相关的文章，但是它们其实没有做的很好很系统，只是提到了某个我们想讲的点，可能发表的杂志连SCI都没有进。这种情况下，不要担心那些文章会影响你的研究的创新性，如果它们的数据质量很。
