首先，这不是论述题，而是一个讲故事的过程，需要有故事的基本元素，比如时间人物地点，而这个故事得发生在2049年，也必须要够“big”， 不能天马行空地讲大话讲空话，比如把流浪地球搬过来用，这与建成富强民主文明和谐社会是有一定出入的。

其次，2049年将完成国家的百年目标，也就是说，在这个时候国家很多未完成的改善都得到了一定的提升。这么说你可能不太能理解，我举几个例子，比如social security,education, environment,policies,technology等等等等，都可以作为演讲的中心主题，主要还是看自己的创新和新颖度，如何做到脱颖而出

第三，任何一个大话题都太大，可以缩小到某一个特点的话题，某一个我们身边都能接触到的话题。例如environment，你可以讲到ecosystem，但生态系统太大没法处处提及，但如果再缩小到rubbish，垃圾分类大家身边都能看到的吧？这就是很好地将自己融入到国家的改变，以及成为国家缩影。

最后一点是我个人认为最重要的一点，就是instructive meaning，也就是得有一个theme。讲故事讲到最后，连别人都不知道你到底想表达什么主题的话，通常跟放大话没有什么区别。常常这个theme，也将是你的小标题，懂吧？
