letter，这是一个新东方老师的建议，我也是这么认为的。最不好把握的就是它。首先因为他的主观性，由于我们固有的东方思维，即使语法正确，在阅卷老师的观点看来，还是会觉得有些突兀，这些感情因素可能就会造成你失分；其次是letter的广泛性，由于它可以说的商务话题比较多，因此你很难把握几种具体的格式去套，万一遇到生僻的题目，会死的很快的。

propaosal，和letter一样，也是主观性太强，很难把握，但是一般建议书比起信件会有固定的格式，因此会有固定的格式模板，这样就比较好组织语言，第一部分说什么，第二部分说什么，blabla……

report是最好把握最节省考生准备时间的类型，一般总是和建议书一样，分为四个部分，而且总是以一种商业口吻写，比较客观，不需要什么客套话，这样感情分就少了，因此失分点就少了。

我建议楼主仔细研究那个真题集的范文还有课文后的范文，你选定了一样就不要再看其他了，现在时间比较紧，你仔细研究一下范文的格式和口气以及一些特定的术语表达，最重要的是一定要自己试着先从头到尾写一遍，再去对比范文，看看自己的不足在哪，这样考试的时候遇到的问题基本在平时就能发现解决。

还有一点，若是写report & proposal，逻辑性一定要强，因此体现逻辑性的词语一定要专业。
