    一、中国餐桌上关于点菜有什么讲究

    如果时间允许,你应该等大多数客人到齐之后,将菜单供客人传阅,并请他们来点菜。

    当然,作为公务宴请,你会担心预算的问题,因此,要控制预算,你最重要的是要多做饭前功课,选择合适档次的请客地点是比较重要的,这样客人也能大大领会你的预算。况且一般来说,如果是你来买单,客人也不太好意思点菜,都会让你来作主。

    大概是由于我比较爱吃吧,所以朋友聚会吃饭时,点菜的任务一般都是我承担了。这可是是个既费脑又累心的苦差事啊,想做到每次能让大家吃得满意,花钱不多,既不能剩太多,也不能不够吃,这要是没有点学问还真难呢。
