一、献血意义：血液是拯救伤病员生命的重要物质，至今仍无法人工制造，只能依靠人们用爱心提供。

每当人们不计报酬地献出自己宝贵而有限的血液，去换取他人生命的延续或新生，我们的社会就多了一份关爱。倡导无偿献血是拯救生命的需要，是社会文明和进步的体现。

为保证医疗临床用血需要和安全，保障献血者和用血者身体健康，发扬人道主义精神，促进社会主义物质文明和精神文明建设，我国实行无偿献血制度。并提倡十八周岁至五十五周岁的健康公民自愿献血。

《献血法》第七条规定：国家鼓励国家工作人员、现役军人和高等学校在校学生率先献血，为树立社会新风尚作表率。爱人者人恒爱之，信人者人恒信之。

无偿献血既是无私奉献的真情流露，也是互助互救的具体表现方式。无偿献血者自献血之日起，其亲属、配偶可免费使用等量血液。

累计献血量超过1000毫升的，终身无偿享用无限量医疗用血；无偿献血者的配偶和直系亲属临床用血时，可无偿享用等量的医疗用血。根据临沂市红十字会中心血站的统一安排，近期到我县进行集中采血。

按照《献血法》第六条“国家机关、军队、社会团体、企业事业组织、居民委员会、村民委员会，应当动员和组织本单位或者本居住区的适龄公民参加献血”的要求。我们有责任也有义务组织献血活动。

希望身体健康的广大青年学生，特别是学生干部、入党积极分子和共青团员要发挥先锋模范作用率先献血，获得各类资助的同学积极参加，不使感恩国家、回报社会成为一句空话。无偿献血，利国利民，一人献血，全家受益。

血站提供献血证。2、献血的同学可以根据各班级的学生综合测评评定加相应量化分。

四、献血的注意事项：1、献血前：要适当休息，保证充足睡眠（6-8小时），切勿劳累过度。在献血前一天及献血当日不饮酒、不服用药物，也不可空腹献血，可吃些清淡食品，如面包、稀饭。

献血前适量饮水，防止血液浑浊；如实填写献血登记表，不谎报、不隐瞒既往病史。2、献血中：精神放松，不要太紧张，同时配合好献血服务工作人员的工作。

3、献血后：献血后，针眼处保持4小时清洁，以防感染，在献血车上休息10分钟方可离去；要多补充水分，正常饮食即可，一、两天内不参加剧烈运动（如长跑）和高空作业；保证睡眠。4、其他须知：（1）鲜血时无发烧等疾病症状；（2）男生50公斤以上，女生45公斤以上，年龄在18周岁以上；（3）半年内没有做手术，且三年内没有输血；（4）如已有献血证，献血当天请自带。

First ,when it is right time ,that is ,somebody may lack of blood and almost lose his or her life.you will save one life if you donate blood in time.

Second,we all are in the same family.So we should help each other.

Fourth,if we can make some safe rules about donating blood ,there is no problem in donating blood .It makes us feel safe.
