今天就是英语外研比赛的日子了,我被安排在下午2.30那场,老妈的单位离考场比较近,上午我便跟她去单位值班。
我在老妈的办公室里,一直都在背稿,时间过得很快,稿纸在我的手中不停地抖动,说好的不紧张呢?
简单吃了点饭,老妈看我这副状态,她提议说,咱们提前溜达着去吧,就当散散步。
午后的街道有些冷清,看到不错的景致,老妈竟不忘给我拍张照片啥的,她可真有兴致。不觉中就来到了“宝睿国际未来小学”门口,我们是下午考生中来得最早的。
等了好久一些家长才陪着孩子到来,有接待老师把我们安排在家长等候区,并给选手们讲了些注意事项,接着老师又读了考场名单,我被安排在第三考场。
这是初赛,演讲的内容是自我介绍加才艺表演。我看到有的选手准备得真棒!不光自己化了淡妆,还梳了很复杂很漂亮的辫子,有的还穿了美丽的裙子。有不少同学手里拿了画板,上面是他们精心绘制的图画,他们边指着自己的画边小声念着英语,看来他们的才艺表演一定是用英语介绍自己的画了。而我的才艺显得多么的微不足道,我只打算读一首英文小诗。
上午考完的同学在群里发来信息,他们说很简单,评委主要看你的口语能力,觉得背不好的,也可以直接读,我终于有了一些安心。
马上就轮到我了,听到老师念我名字,稿子在我手中抖的更厉害了。原来考场里只有三位评委老师,但其中有一位外国人。我的心开始咚咚跳个不停,手心也开始冒汗。我刚说一句“Hello everyone.”,三位评委老师便微笑着向我点头示意。他们这一微笑,我反而不自在的很,我僵硬的站在他们面前,机械地象在用英文诵经一般,我甚至听到自己的声音就象一只大苍蝇在我周围嗡嗡着飞,它飞飞停停,停停飞飞,可恶极了。我发现三位评委老师都在低着头,记录着什么,也不知他们听清了这“嗡嗡”声没有。自我介绍环节很快就完了,我看没人看我,便拿出稿子,直接读那首“四季”的小诗。依然没人看我,平时读得一点问题都没有,此时竟卡了好几下,自己都觉得糟糕透顶。
三分钟终于结束了,我向三位评委鞠了躬说了“thank you”之后,心情才平静下来。
因为我是最后一场,所以,我来到家长区没多久,就有老师进来,当场宣布进入复赛的同学名单了。老师神采飞扬,声音洪亮,她说:“非常高兴地通知大家,祝贺以下进入复赛的同学,读到名字的同学也请家长一起上台!”
接着老师便念“张三,李四”,没有我的名字!
我沮丧极了,连为大家鼓掌的力气都没有了。
也许从我站到台上的那一刻就被评委老师“秒杀”掉了。老妈反倒安慰我说:“你在这里登过台,已经很棒了。但一定记住,台上一分钟,台下十年功啊。”
是的,通过参加这次比赛,我也找到了自己努力的方向。
路过一家烘焙店,我说:“老妈,给我买点吃的吧,我要化悲痛为力量!”

省(市、自治区)复赛: 选手奖:特等奖,一、二、三等奖,获奖证书。
指导教师:特等奖,一、二、三等奖。 2. 全国总决赛: (1)选手奖(公共英语组和英语专业组) 一等奖:奖金1500元和获奖证书 二等奖:奖金700元和获奖证书 三等奖:奖金300元和获奖证书 (2)指导教师奖 一、二、三等奖,获奖证书二、赛制参赛方式初赛:符合参赛资格的学生可直接向本校外语院(系)或英语教研室咨询、报名和参加初赛。
复赛:初赛结束后,举办初赛的外语院(系)或英语教研室向大赛组委会指定的承办院校报名参加复赛。参加复赛的选手名单由大赛组委会确定并公布。
决赛:复赛结束后,各省(市、自治区)承办院校向大赛组委会提交获得决赛资格的选手名单,并报名参赛。大赛组委会不接受选手个人直接报名。
参赛注册大赛官方网站(http://www.writing-contest.org)将于 2015年9月起开放注册窗口。所有参加复赛的选手必须在大赛官网实名注册,准确填写个人信息。
特别提示1. 参加复赛的选手须在大赛网站注册、报名。没有注册的选手无法参加复赛和决赛。
2. 参赛选手注册的个人信息须准确、真实。如经组委会查证与真实情况不符,将取消其参赛资格。
且由于注册信息不准确而导致组委会无法颁奖、发放奖金等,结果全部由个人承担。
