    1、推荐信要真实客观 推荐信通常是由老师评价学生,所以这样的评价要内敛,不要张扬;要客观,不要激进。

    整体基调应该是胸有激雷,而面如平湖。有的时候可以给出中肯的建议,甚至是些许批评。

    这样,推荐信看上去才更真实、客观。但是所批评的东西一定是申请人可以改进的。

    推荐信正文写作注意事项推荐人中应该有一到二位是申请人的任课老师、导师、系主任或院系领导。

    已经工作的申请人最好请你的上司写一篇推荐信。若能找到相关专业领域的学术权威或有国际知名度的教授(比如在国际性刊物上发表学术论文的人)担任推荐人,则会对申请有一定的帮助;但不必强求,如果推荐人不了解你,则即使写了推荐信也不能让对方学校的评审委员信服。

    推荐信写作两大败笔: 写成类似中国老师给学生写的评语,每个人都适用。面面俱到,详略不当也是不可取的。

    评价太过夸张,好象申请人的现有水平已经不需要任何进修或对申请人的过度吹捧使推荐人本身的层次和水平大打折扣。
