Glad to receive ur letter.(不要说感谢你的订单,这是双方互利的,没必要低声下气.)
The delivery time will be in March.(最好是说3月中旬以前,或者3月底之前,太笼统.)
In order to decrease shipping freight, how about 3100 pieces in one FCL?(站在客户角度考虑,不要让人家感觉你想多卖点)
Pls send us official Purshase Order, and prepare the 30% prepayment.
