    建交信必须简洁,明晰,要体现成熟的业务思维.可以包括:

    1.致函的目的和说明客户信息来源

    怎样写建交信

    建交信

    初涉外贸工作,需要开拓客户。我们在网上找到很多客户的联系方式,发去EMAIL却总是没有回音。不知这建交信应如何使用技巧,让对方能耐心看完我们的信,并对我们的产品感兴趣呢?

    (1).要不放过一丝一毫的机会。只有有可能,就要把遇到的每一个询价信变成订单。

    (2).找到潜在的客户后,回信要及时、明确。体会如下:

    a. 你回信的内容要比客户信的内容多。现在的客户每次写信洋洋洒洒很多段,用着优美的背景,害得我们都不好意思不好好回。

    b.回信要清楚。客户给我们的信每次都是把问题按1. 2. 3.等一条一条写出来。我们回复的时候也是列明1. 2. 3.条的,清楚明白。有问题也是一个问题一条地问。

    c. 重要信件要打阅读收条。联系一段时间后,内容会逐步深入,重要性也会上升,这时候,记得要对方打阅读收条,已确定对方确实收到了。我在调查中听一位老板说有一次回复客人的一封很重要的邮件,过了一个多星期了,对方发邮件问怎么还没有回复啊?他才知道没有对方没有收到。刚开始的时候感觉最好不要打阅读收条,客户麻烦嘛。一切为客户着想。

    (3).做外贸一定要有耐心。我在调查中听一位老板说有一次等客户等了有十几天了,忍不住就写了一封问候信,实际是催问信。第二天客户回复了说在做调查,然后提供了很多对方的资料。后来就一直没有催过了,有的时候十多天才收到回信,有的时候是一个多星期。要给客户自由的空间去选择,只要产品有竞争力,客户肯定会有的。

    (4).做外贸要有一个底线。说到底线就多了,不光是价格上。对内对外都要有个底线。

    (5).感情投入。很多研究表明,保有一个老客户的成本要比开发一个新客户的成本低很多倍。所以我们开发新客户的时候一定要从长远打算。只是总感觉一个小男人和一个老男人培养感情怪怪的,不知从何下手。自己认为,要让客户明白自己的生意理念,让他明白和你做生意会很愉快;向客户表明自己的诚意,让他明白和你做生意随时随地都有一个强大的靠山支持他的销售计划;向客户表明自己的服务,给客户提供自己能想到的便利;向客户表明自己的专业,给客户提供远超过他要求的信息。等等。

    (6).要学会揣摩别人的意思。很多人都说做外贸就像是演戏。作为演员,要明白自己的角色,揣摩对方的角色。知道他到底想要什么,才能对症下药。只有咬饵儿的鱼才可能钓到自己的鱼蓝里。

    (7).要学会总结。我的很多有关产品的资料都是通过和客户的沟通过程中整理的,整理后就好好消化,以后的客户在需要,直接放上去就可以了。还有的,客户的问题很多时候都是固定的,遇到一个新问题就要写下来,然后想出最好的答案,以备以后的客户来问。

    (8). 邮件主题不知道些什么好的时候,就写上客户公司名/自己公司名好了。

    (9).个人感觉在邮件中多叫几个Mr. somebody会比较好,感觉受人尊重了。

    (10). 写好邮件最好在word里面检查一遍。
