这场比赛不仅让我领略到了英语高手的风采，也丰富了我们每个参赛选手的成经历和人生体验。

成绩固然重要，可是最重要的是比赛中我们都学习到了什么。不要怕失败更不要放弃。

不是说坚持不一定成功，但是放弃就一定是失败比赛前，我担心过，害怕过，因为我是抚顺职业技术学院的选手，我所代表的是抚顺职业技术学院的形象与实力。我感到身上责任的重大。

于是，在老师的带领下，我鼓足勇气，在学习本专业的课程之余，努力练习发音，练习听力，郎读英语文章，虽然成绩不是很理想，但此次活动却让我受益匪浅。此次比赛最大的收获是：比赛给了我考验和验证自己英语水平的机会，也给了我认识和学习其他优秀选手的机会，同时让我发现了自身的不足。

让我意识到学习英语的重要性，当我站在教面前并不流利地讲着英语，脑子里竭力地想着该用哪个单词时，当望着台下老，心里不停的喊“老师救我啊！”时我才意识到书到用时方恨少，英语不是简简单单的用在卷子上，英语是说出来的，平时我们总是一味的研究语法，或是做阅读练习，却忽视了听说的练习。在你听懂的情况下开口讲是最终的目的。

其实们不仅要大胆开口说，还要尽可能找机会和外教练习口语，这是提高口语和听力最有效的方法。在今后的学习过程中我们尤其要注意这一点。

学习上的提高并非一日所成，在学习的过程中一定要有毅力，只有坚持不懈才能获得成功，学习外语贵在坚持。

I have a belief deep down within my heart that my future will be bright.

My future will be bright with all my loving families. Whether time find us far apart or it keeps us close together, they are always standing by my side.

It is a treasure a million times more valuable than the ones some people spend a lifetime trying to find.
