认真审题。如果题目是"假如我是一个班长"，有的学生不用第一人称写，却用了第三人称Tom, he,she来做文章的主体，结果就离题了。

如果，你能把事情发展的前 因后果再交待清楚，做到层次分明、条理清晰、主题突出，就必然会吸引读者、 感染读者，使读者观文似见情，犹如身临其境一般。 6。

可以采取"化零为整"的做法，先把整个画面里该写的内容用单句逐一写下来，然 后把这些单句自然的连接起来，至于怎么样连法和需要添加哪些词语，由你根据 所要表达的中心思想来确定。 如果，你能正确掌握运用这种方法，就可以"化 难为易"，不至于望图兴叹、无从着手了。

“应用写话”有通知、告示、便条、演讲、日记和书信等。不同的应用文有不同的书写格式。

在写应用文的时候，我们一定要注意它们的区别。 1。

通知：写“通知”要注意把通知的对象和内容写清楚。例如要通知一次报告 会；你就应该写明哪些对象可以参加听报告，还要写上报告的时间与地 点和由谁来作报告等……。

通知的对象应该写在左上方。 2。
